Description
In stark contrast to the furnace room (HCL_11757), this is the control room where the flow of electricty to the community is actuated and controlled. The gentleman in the picture may be the controller. Hhe wears a dark hat (fedora) and dark suit, white shirt and dark bowtie. On his right lapel is an RSA badge. The photo was taken at 11-22 o'clock - day or night is not known.
