Description
Possibly mid-winter about 2-00pm. The small structure in front is a taxi company call phone. On right from front: Pascoes jewellers, upstairs centreway Dining & Tearooms; next building garden Motors also used as Gaiety Skating Rink (later four shops); large building behind is Bleisloe Hall; on the lower end of the hill is the Hamilton Technical School; up the hill to left is the Hamilton West School. Given the pipes on the ground it would appear to be drainage in the course of installing.
