Description
The Frankton water tower on Lake Road. The wooden building on the left was part of the Ellis estate. Mr J W Ellis was the founder of Ellis & Burnand and a councillor of Frankton Borough and Mayor of Hamilton from May 1917 (upon the amalgamation of Hamilton and Frankton boroughs) until his death in August 1918.
