Description
Hamilton from Tristram Street c. 1907 Looking across Hinemoa (Tristram) Street from a spot between what is now Hill Street and Hinemoa (Tristram) Street. The residential houses on the far side of Hinemoa made way for the Technical Institute that is currently Wintec. Beyond in the distance it is just possible to make out the original St Andrew's Presbyterian Church on Grey Street and the Waikato Hotel which was on the corner of Grey Street and Clyde Street.
