Description
Public Trust office, Hamilton c. 1920s - 1930s. This image of the Public Trust Office was taken around the late 1920s. The building was designed by architect WG Young and was built in 1925. The sign to the right of the building says: "The Lodge - Private Hotel". The driveway on the right of the building was the original carriageway to WA Graham's family home, known as The Lodge. The Lodge was originally a school house then the home of WA Graham and family for many years before it became the Graham's.
