Colin Vincent Innes married to Joan Mary Wild in 1941 daughter of Patrick & Mary Wild of Cambridge. Mr Innes is in a basic private soldier's battle dress. Mrs Innes carries arum lillies which were popular for brides in the day.

Father of the bride was Patrick R Wild from Cambridge. Joan oldest daughter of Pat and Mary Wild. Colin Vincent Innes Married to Joan Mary Wild. Colin the youngest son of Charles Lewis Innes. Colin's grandmother was Mary Jane Innes and grandfather Charles Innes who established Waikato Breweries and Soft-drinks by the Waikato River in Hamilton. Mary Jane Innes was recently accepted into the business hall of fame as running the breweries after the death of her husband Charles. refer CV Innes, Crown for a Lady publication.
