Description
Appears to be works staff with some executives. Fleet is arrayed about on perhaps Ward Park. Identical to HCL_02954. Fleet comprises a number of lorries - probably tippers mainly Austins, some bedfords. Samll vehicles are Fords, a couple of Morris J2s, a couple of Austin A50 vans, diggers, cranes water tank, sprayer and graders. HCL_02953 is the same but without staff.
