Description
Situated between Grantham & Bridge (Anzac Ave) Streets close to Knox Street, this boarding house/private hotel was still extant after 1961. It was owned in the early days by Thomas Millingto Hill & Ellen Hill. This view is prior to the re-levellling of Victoria Street.
