Description
Looking north west at the corner of Ward Street and Victoria Streets. It also shows a clear view of an unusual power pole marking on the corner which says "Fire Alarm". These were painted in red & white. The circular item on the right of the post is a 'break glass and press button' type of alarm which signalled in the fire station where the fire was. In the building is 'The Don' on the ground floor - 'Clothiers & Mercers - Gents & Boys Outfitters'. On the first floor are R.B.Cranwell & Alder(?) McKenzie - Dentists, and to the right is Zenith - Spinal Adjusting.
