Description
In 1978 the St Vincent De Paul charity shop and hostel was in a building at 62 High Street, Frankton. The building was constructed in 1911.The car is a Vauxhall LIP Velox. In the 1950s the hostel was known as 'The Bide-a-wee Boarding Hostel'. It was owned by Mr Pat Garvey and run by Mrs Masi Gulliver. The corrugated iron fence is the boundary with Buses Ltd bus yard.
