Description
Viewed about south west across Worley Street which was (c.1987) subsumed by the nine floor municipal offices which face onto (now) Civic Square. Small building in foreground is public lavatories (ladies entry in image). Note the grime on the eighteen year old council building. Coal fires were still burning at the time.
