Description
These are either the 1946 or 1953 alterations to S.T. Nolan's building. The building contractor, C.L. Rawlinson, worked on both. Building permit registers held in the Council Archives at Hamilton City Libraries show that a building permit was applied for by S.T. Nolan in September 1946 for a workshop. They also show that in February 1953, Nolan applied for a permit to build and strengthen offices.
