Description
A civic and military function outside the Hamilton City Council Municipal Offices in Worley Street. The 4th Medium and Waikato Regiments were receiving charters conferring the Freedom of the City. There are several military personnel, guests, an army band and dignitaries present including Mayor Dr Denis Rogers. The banners say 4th Waikato mounted Rifles, 2nd Medium Battery, G Battery NZA, and 16th Waikato regiment.
