Description
Mayor JR Fow addresses the crowd during the visit of Their Royal Highnesses the Duchess and Duke of York. The Duke is to the left of Mayor Fow and the Duchess to the right. Newspaper reports say the royal couple were in Hamilton for one hour and that this event took place in Steele Park. Afterwards they visited the cenotaph in Soldiers' Memorial Park where the Duchess laid a bouquet.
