Description
Looking south from the roof of the building on the northwest corner of Norton and Seddon roads. King Street goes off to the right. In the distance, just left of centre, the Frankton water tower on Lake Road can be seen. It has had its water tank removed and it was demolished two months later in November 1966. Also in the distance, on the left, is the water reservoir on Ruakiwi Road. Nearer the intersection are residential houses. The church on King Street is the Westside Presbyterian Church. A Land Rover and several other cars are navigating the roundabout.
