Description
The Seddon Road and Norton Road traffic roundabout nearing completion. The Founders Theatre is in the centre between Rostrevor Street and the east end of Norton Road. Seddon Road runs off to the left. Hinemoa Park is to the left between Seddon Road and Rostrevor Street. There are several construction vehicles in the photo.
