Description
This photograph shows the Seddon Road and Norton Road roundabout under construction. One island replaced three. This photo was taken from the roof of the building between Seddon Road west and Norton Road west. Founders Theatre can be seen beyond Boyes Park between Rostrevor Street and the east end of Norton Road. Hinemoa Park is to the left between Seddon Road west and Rostrevor Street.
