Description
This photograph shows the aftermath of the 1948 Frankton tornado in the area of Hall Street, Kent Street and Rawhiti Street. The building at centre right was on the east corner of Hall Street and Kent Street. It was a location of "Kemp Bros" who were home furnishers and auctioneers.
