Description
Workmen lowering the level of Victoria Street just south of Knox Street. On the far corner of Knox Street and Victoria Street is the store of Frederick George (FG) Keep, a boot importer. The roof of the drill hall on Knox Street is visible as is the rear of Parr Bros on Hood Street.
