Description
Harold H Innes (second from left) and his father Frank T Innes on his left attend the opening of the common. Harold Innes was at this time, aged 51 years, a Hamilton City Councillor. Three remaining men are not identified. The family owned Waikato Breweries and were major contributors to the establishment of the common.
