On the western side of Victoria St this is the third building occupied in Hamilton by the Times. It was located between Hood & Collingwood Streets. The photo is suggested to be between 1883 & 1887

N G Lennox was bankrupt in 1886, when the business was sold - https://paperspast.natlib.govt.nz/newspapers/WT18860424.2.8.1. Sandes & Napper started their partnership in 1883 - https://paperspast.natlib.govt.nz/newspapers/WT18830626.2.18.2. So this photo would date between 1883 and 1887.
