Description
Ward Street, Hamilton c. 1920s/30s (& watertower) A photograph of the west end of Ward Street where it meets Seddon Road and Tainui Street. The photograph was probably taken from the grounds of Hamilton High School (now Hamilton Girls' High School) near where Tristram Street (formerly Hinemoa Street) is. The Frankton water tower and the Ellis home can be seen on Lake Road. There are two Model T Ford vehicles on Ward Street. A number of villas can be seen on Seddon Road
