Description
the occasion of the visit by the Duke & Duchess of York to Hamilton. they arrived by train from Auckland, disembarked at Hamilton station, proceeded via Ward St, Victoria St and the Traffic bridge to Steele Park. After formalities and the presentation of an address, the Duke & Duchess proceed to Claudelands Station, boarded their train which proceeded then to Rotorua.
