Description
Looking about south west from the top of the Chief Post Office to the 'Anglesea Street Wall'. On left are CML building, H & J Court Ltd (Courts), Armstrong Motors Ltd. Straight ahead is the Municipal Chambers building housing the public library. In the background on the right the Frankton Water Tower (demolished 1966). On the right of Garden Place is the MLC (Mutaul Life & Citizens Assurance Co. Ltd.) building. The vehicles carry license plates of 1961-66 issue. The latest vehicles found are a 1960/61 Ford Falcon and a Holden FB or EK.
