Description
People heading into the Horse Bazaar building for the Waikato Winter Show. A. M. Bisley & Co., who were grain and seed merchants, insurance and land agents and general merchants, were on the corner of Ward Street and Alexandra Street (now Worley Place). People queue and head for the entrance to the Waikato Winter Show. The two medieval looking towers were part of the Horse Bazaar which formed part of the Waikato Winter showgrounds. In the distance across Alexandra Street is A.M. Bisley & Co. Ltd, agents for Bamford Harvesting Machinery. Above the canopy is written: 'Tools Hardware Bisley's' and on the canopy facia board: 'Seeds. Fertilizers. Stockfords.'
