Description
Midland Private Hotel on the corner of Anglesea Street and Thackeray Street. It was formerly the Brighton Private Hotel. The building was demolished in the early 1970s. The site was occupied by Gary Keith Motors and later by Ebbett Prestige. On left is Thanckeray Street up hill to Ruakiwi Road. Schoolgirls walking along footpath.
