Description
The two-storey building to the left is the South British Insurance building which was on the northern corner of Alma Street and Victoria Street. Organisations in the building at this time include the Waikato Racing Club (Inc.) and land agents Cooper & Sorby. In the one level building to the right were the registered offices of real estate agency, George Boyes & Co. Ltd.
