Description
A history of Hukanui, now known as Gordonton, in the later part of the 1800s. N.F. Taylor records the life of a widow, Mrs Martin, and her son Tom, who worked at Woodlands. Some local identities and their addresses are included. The history is attributed to the Gordonton School Jubilee in 1941.
