Hi Robyn, Thank you for your comment. Yes, you are correct. However, at the time that photo was taken, the building was at 25 Victoria Street. The street numbers in many parts, but Victoria Street in particular were rejigged in the 1964.

I think this building was at 99 Victoria Street. The building on the right edge is the existing building on the corner of Victoria St and Hood St

My comment was just meaning "Hey, no address is given but I think it's 99 Victoria St". Please remember that the public doesn't have access to the same information that (I assume) librarians have that lets you guys know that the historic address was 25 Victoria St (or what the current address is). Addresses are incredibly useful information for these old photos. My dream would be for all historic photos to be geotagged, but I appreciate that this would be a big undertaking!
