The Urgent Pharmacy (and night chemist) was on the corner of Rostrevor Street and Victoria Street. Next to it on Victoria Street is a Book Exchange. Visible on the north side of Rostrevor Street is the Hamilton Combined Returned Services Association and Murray De Lacy Motorcycles.
