Description
Looking across the top of the Hamilton City Council buildings towards the Waikato Technical Institute (WTI). Caro Street leading to Anglesea street is at the left hand corner. Above Anglesea Street is the Wintec. Cars are parked on the hill which goes down to Anglesea Street. There are several prefabricated mobile classrooms on the campus.
