Description
A view from Victoria Street of the aftermath of a fire which destroyed Valintines' government surplus and appliance store. Anthony's Gifts shop, in the same building, was also destroyed. A fire appliance can be seen parked in Bryce Street as people survey the damage from the far side of the street. Lugton & Lloyd auctioneers can just be seen.
