A notice informing of an opportunity to see Kuppusamy Panchaksharam (Panchu), the founder, secretary and honorary director of "SIPA" a colelctive inititive of volontary agencies, NGOs and non-profit social groups representing more than 55 producer groups in Southern India. Promotes empowerment, fair trade, and capacity building programmes. Held at Methodist Community Centre, Hamilton.
