Description
The corner of King and Kent Streets in Frankton. On the right of the picture is Mechanical Equipment Ltd. This building was demolished to make way for the continuation of King Street onto High Street. To the left is the continuation of Kent Street which went into an industrial freight area near the railway and around to High Street. In the industrial area were freight and courier firms; Hamilton Freightways, Alltrans Group NZ Ltd. and Kwikasair Express Parcel Service.
