Description
As seen from Anglesea Street looking east towards Victoria Street. Construction began in 1977 and was completed in 1980. National MP Derek Quigley QSO officially opened the building on the 20th of February 1981. The railway tunnel can be seen in this photograph. Beyond the tunnel, to the left, is the State Advances Corporation (S.A.C) building on the river side of Victoria Street. Also visible is the Claudelands Road traffic bridge.
