Description
As seen from Anglesea Street side. A Winstone cement truck can be seen at work. The building was completed in 1980 and opened by National MP, Derek Quigley QSO on the 20th of February 1981. The State Advances Corporation (S.A.C.) building can be seen in the background near the river, between Bryce Street and Claudelands Road.
