Description
Looking northwest across the intersection of Anglesea and Bryce streets. Ward Street is in the foreground. The lowered railway line runs under Anglesea Street and the New Zealand Railways building which was the location of the Hamilton Travel Centre where trains and buses stopped. On the far left corner of Bryce Street and Anglesea Street is Ellis and Burnand Ltd.'s head office. On the far right corner is Valintines. Other businesses and buildings that can be seen include A.H. Franks on Anglesea Street; Livestock Improvement Association on London Street; and the Federated Farmers building on London Street.
