Raglan and Kawhia Agricultural and Pastoral Association bought the area about 1904 (see https://paperspast.natlib.govt.nz/newspapers/WAIGUS19041125.2.8 and https://paperspast.natlib.govt.nz/newspapers/WT19051204.2.2). Moon and Cameron opened in Nathan’s Buildings in 1905 (see https://paperspast.natlib.govt.nz/newspapers/AS19050824.2.15). The Town Hall opened in 1907 (see https://paperspast.natlib.govt.nz/newspapers/WT19070323.2.16). By 1910 there was a small building on Bow St (see http://natlib.govt.nz/records/23040670), which doesn't seem to be in the photo above. The show moved to Kauroa saleyards in 1917 (see https://paperspast.natlib.govt.nz/newspapers/WT19170221.2.17) and the showground was sold in 1917 for £31. (see Chapter 36 'Raglan' by Bob Vernon). It later became Bankart St. So this photo is probably an A&P show between 1907 and 1910.
