Description
Small brick building for T W Maunder leased on completion to Gaze & Co - Photographer (left half) and Hamilton Cafe, Prop'r F Tonge, (right half). The builder is J.P. Murray, Bricklayer & Builder Ltd. Note the oil lamp on corner of shed beside window. Builder had a permit from council for bricks to be left around site.
At rear is the business of P.S. Philpott Coachbuilder & Wheelright which business was purchased by J Pomeroy.
