Description
Dr Andrew Seymour Brewis's home "Jesmond", named after Jesmond Dene, near Newcastle upon Tyne, England. The house was on raised ground - an extension of Garden Place Hill - behind the Victoria Street shops to the north of Pascoes. Dr Brewis and three daughters are on the front steps.
