Description
This photograph was taken around June 1906 and shows the Baptist Church under construction. The church was on the northeast corner of Victoria Street and London Street and opened on 11 November, 1906. A new church was built in London Street and opened on 16 March, 1924. This building was removed to the rear of the new church in 1930 to be used for a Sunday school.
