Description
This was Dr A S Brewis' home "Jesmond", which he named after Jesmond Dene near Newcastle upon Tyne, England. In the buggy is Mrs Brewis, her daughter Riro and visitors. The buggy is drawn by two of three Shetland ponies which were given to Mrs Brewis by her brother.
